Auckland Innovations Limited are a small family business located in Newton Aycliffe, County Durham. In February 2020 we made a significant investment into a new venture into the digital printing industry.
This versatile digital printing machine is capable of high quality printing on a variety of different materials such as plastics, metal, wood, ceramic, glass, canvass, leather etc. It has a high resolution of up to 1440x1200 dpi and printing envelope of A3 bed size (420mmx300mm) with height of up to 350mm.
In May 2021 we've added to our capabilities with an investment into a large bed Co2 laser cutting & engraving machine with a bed size of 900mm x 600mm.

Our Our industrial digital flatbed printer, the BE 335 LED, is a compact designed industrial printer which provides an excellent print quality.
The latest BE 335 LED is an A3-format flatbed printer, placed on top of a solid stabilized chassis. The printer uses only one print table with a built-in vacuum system and has a strong customized print bridge for an automated, up to 0,01 mm accurate, cascading height adjustment up to 35 cm. The height adjustment is powered by 2 servo driven engines, including an extra PLC.
The printer has 3 print heads with variable dot size and is able to print CMYK and opaque WHITE together, in one printing movement. The printer can print with a resolution up to 1440 x 1200 dpi. The BE 300 LED series has 6 ink slots and is compatible with a variety of rigid and flexible UV inks, which provide a good adhesion onto various materials. Several primers, pre treatment and coatings are available to complete the unsurpassed picture in getting a good adhesion and a great print quality.
The BE 335 LED uses an UV-LED curing, where any underlying material is not getting heated anymore. A special built-in ionization bar blows anti static air over the product to avoiding printing problems due to static electricity and cleans the product from dust.
Our Co2 laser cutting and engraving machine has a 900mm x 600mm bed size and offers the perfect blend of efficiency and productivity whilst retaining a compact and professional feel. The standard 60W water cooled CO2 glass laser tube is suitable for engraving and cutting a wide range of materials such as paper, card, fabrics, leather, plastics, rubber and wood.
Slate, stone and glass can be engraved. Uncoated metals can also be engraved with the use of a ceramic marking compound.
